This policy explains what the Zarmeera website does with personal data. It is short because the site collects very little.

Who we are

This website is run by Zarmeera ("we"). You can reach us about privacy atthe email address on our contact page.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and country. You can also give a company name, a phone number and a message. Your inquiry also includes the list of pieces you chose. We use this to reply to you.

On your device

Your inquiry list, and any text you have typed into the form but not yet sent, are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device so that they are still there when you come back. This data stays on your device until you send an inquiry, remove the items, or clear your browser's site data. We do not send it to us until you press "Send inquiry".

Technical data

When you visit the site, our hosting provider handles technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile may check information from your browser to do this.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not currently use analytics.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your inquiry, including by email.
• To send you an automatic confirmation that we received it.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the inquiry form's server code, and provides the Turnstile check.
• Resend delivers the emails that carry your inquiry to us and the confirmation to you.
• Sanity stores the product content we publish. It does not receive your inquiry.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry email for as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry and for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us. You can clear your inquiry list and typed text at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser's site data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page.
